Kodup Account Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your Kodup account even if you do not have access to the app or cannot sign in. To help us locate your account, please include the email address you used to register for the app.

What happens after you submit a request?

Account deletion requests are processed within up to 30 days after we receive them. We may contact you to verify your identity or account ownership before deleting the account.

Data that may be deleted

Account deletion may include deletion of your profile, personal coupons, user preferences, and personal data associated with your account, subject to technical, legal, and operational limitations.

Data that may be retained

Certain data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, report handling, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or preserving the integrity of Marketplace and Chat activity.

Marketplace and user transactions

Kodup is a technology platform for coupon management and user connections. The app is not a party to transactions, agreements, commitments, or commercial communications between users.
